Lead Trainer

There is a significant difference between a trainer who has studied CCTV installation and one who carries it out commercially every week. Our lead trainer falls firmly into the second category. Every technique covered on the course has been used on actual jobs — residential properties, commercial premises, and everything in between — across Greater Manchester.

That means what you learn is current, practical, and relevant to what customers actually ask for. You will not spend time on methods that look good in a textbook but rarely appear on a genuine installation job.

In the workshop your trainer works alongside you, not in front of you. With a maximum of six delegates in each group, every person gets individual attention, questions get proper answers, and nobody falls behind without it being noticed.
